Darkwing duck ruled! So, did you figure out who the Dark Knight is? I thought it was obvious from the post… maybe not. Your investigative skills clearly suck compared to his.

Did you guys see Batman Begins? What did you think? I loved it! Thought it was one of the best superhero movies to date, and I am totaly geeking out for the sequel. Did anyone look at the picture of the Joker? It sounds like they have actualy come up with an inteligent backstory and explanation for the guy. It’s nice to have some movie makers that think about the story, instead of just slapping some nipples on the rubber suits.

OK folks, well, i just had a thought about developing a game for xbox live arcade, but i see that development costs are upwards of 300K, come on now, for a stupid game like pac-man! So i think i’ll go somewhere else! I haven’t seen lost yet so no spoilers! Or you will be banned. lol. So who out there is enjoying the high-gas prices? How is the saturn holding up on your way to work cameron, what does kress do all day? Does she have a car? I just don’t understand gas prices, and i work here. I do know that the government takes a HUGE chunck of it. It is just crazy crazy crazy, i guess that they just know that spencer will drive his big 10 mph titan around and just fill up no matter how much it is. So here are two suggestions, 1; the best way to curb against high prices is to buy some oil stock. It’s a hedge really, gas goes up, stock goes up, and vice versa. 2; get a car that has at least 25 mph, easy chessy nice and squeezy!

I loved batman begins, far and away the best one yet, i’m not a big katie holmes fan, it just wasn’t the same with a kiss from pacey! Who would’ve thought that the newsies boy would be batman.

first jon, I have been using the concepts of the secret for a long time, I just didn’t know it.

Gas prices are because of the gas companies and the Government working together to scam us. they work closely together to decide on the gas prices. the gas companies have rediculous amounts of profit, and why should the government make anything more than their normal tax rate. Just think of how much of your money ends up in the governments hands. its more than 50%. thats insanity.

never saw batman, not a big fan, its too dark. Saw batman the other day, it was pretty good. a bit cheesy in a few parts though.

Dude, the only back story ever needed for the joker is “the killing joke” by allan moore. a classic.

spencer, you have said that you have been using the secret techniques for some time now. what sort of exercises do you do specifically to enhance your positive influence at work. from your dealings with us, you tend to be very negative and confrontational. i was wondering what changes you incorporate at work?

Kressyda drives the saturn, i drive my grandpa’s 1989 mercury grand marquis. it drinks gas like there’s no tomorrow. i have to fill the thing up almost everyday and it costs like $40 bones a pop. There’s no way they can pay me enough to cover my transportation if gas keeps going up.

The killing joke did rule. And good news, Katie Holmes is being replaced by Maggy Gyllenhaal in the sequel, guess Tom cat banned her from any more super hero movies.

I’ve decided that if I get into grad school in Logan, I’m gonna have to buy a hybrid. Gas prices are out of control. And about the oil company stock, I just remember the constant headache it was to my Dad because it is so volitile. Big ups and downs, and it never stops. Hows Conoco Phillips stock… pretty stable?

Oh, have you lost fans heard they have contracted for 2 more years. That means the show will end in 2010. Still never seen an episode myself… not that I haven’t wanted to, just don’t want to come into the middle and be confused.

Oh, I was going to suggest reading a trade paperback (a comic book series compiled into one book, also called a graphic novel) for one of our books. There are some pretty amazing books out there. If you guys are interested, let me know and we can come up with a good one.

you know who i think was cooler than darkwing duck? when scrooge mcduck would dress up like a crime fighter. that was awesome. i can’t remember what he called himself, but i always hoped that would be a spin-off or something. good ol’ duck tales.

maggie gylenhall is a bazillion times better than katie holmes. i used to like katie until i realized that she really couldn’t act. mags on the other hand, she’s pretty sweet.

i’d read a graphic novel or trade paperback. no manga.

I have know idea who Maggie is! With a name like that, she can’t be that good, you guys need to stop watching E-weekly. Keeping up with the “stars” I thought you hated actors scam? I bet you’d be the first one to scream like a little girl if you saw kelly clarkson? ROFLOL.

I’d suggest the Manga, maybe a little hentai! : )

Duck Tales was probably my fav cartoon of all time, right up there with gummy bears and GI Joe. I haven’t seen the simpsons in years since jen thinks it’s evil.

Hey, how bout this, i think we need to plan a get together for next May. Right after Doms, Scam and Slothie get out of kindergarten, then you’ll have no excuse for not coming!!!! And money can’t be an issue for SCAM - cause he already has huge school loans and it won’t make a dent, and you’ll have a high-paying job! Seth - Spencer and I will buy enough of your pots so that you can make it too. If we do it in PA, DOMS is close enough there. And Spence will probably have his own jet in his endeavors to keep up with the jones’s so he can pick eveyone up!

Wow… Jon knows what hentai is? That’s too funny. You know, I was resistant to the manga… but after working at the comic shop for a while realized there are some pretty good ones out there. And the influence they have had on modern comic books is huge.

And yes… we need pics of the Mercury fo’ sho’!

And knowing who an actor is and what movies they have been in isn’t the same as keeping up with their personal life. I enjoy movies… but think that everyone who reads the gossip magazines should get a life.

As far as next May goes… it sounds pretty good, except that I am hoping to work as a studio assistant (basicaly an apprentice, it’s like a craftsperson’s internship) next summer. Not sure when or if it will happen yet, so I’ll just have to see what happens as the time approaches. But, we could also look at spring break.

i get my celebrity news by osmosis. if kressyda is watching i can’t avoid it, even if i’m reading something worthwhile, the poison still infects me. but i agree, people that read that gossip crap should get a life. that’s why i tease kress about it so much.

depending on when the bar is, may might work. i would say late july or august is a better bet for me. even though i graduate i still have to study for the bar. i was just talking to a dude who said he studied 10 hours a day, 6 days a week for the bar. i’m telling you, know amount of positive thinking is going to help me pass the bar without monstrous amounts of studying.

the joker looks freaky. does he have two sets of lips?

in case anyone was interested, they held the world championship steak cook-off last weekend. me and my buddies participated. they give cash prizes to the top 5, we placed 6th. we barely missed out on the $2500 prize. it should be on CNN sometime or the food network.

Ok… the reason I say spring break is because I get out of school a month earlier than everyone else. So, by May I will have started my assistantship.

And Scam… I wanna hear more about this steak cook off. What kind of cut did you use and how did you cook it? I’m really interested in competative cooking, it looks really fun. One of my buddies up here has compeated pretty successfuly in Barbeque competitions with his family. Thay make killer pulled pork. But with all the Hentai I bet Jon’s pulled pork is much more tender.

ewww, that is nasty! I’m interested in competitive mud wrestling! LOL. Hey, that is really a coincidence, there is a guy here that was raising some money for some team to compete in a steak competition in Arkansas, they were from camden or something (not the camden of jersey). So i gave them 25 bucks if he promissed to try to use one of my recepies, i wonder what happened, i’ll have to go ask that monkey! I think you and seth should start your own cooking show!

sorry, about the earlier comment. i didn’t see that anyone had replied.

the competition in arkansas is the one that i did. it was quite the show. pretty intense. we had to cook 80 steaks in about 45 minutes. then we chose one for judging and the people at the festival got to eat the rest. it was killer.

we did 16oz. ribeyes. we keep it pretty simple. salt and pepper with a little ancho chile powder allows the beef to really shine through.

dude, i’ve done three bbq competitions since last year. they are really fun. you guys should come down to OK for one. we placed 7th at the state championship last year. we’re gearing up for it again this july.

funny you should mention the hibachi, i keep one under my desk. right next to the mud wrestlers

Gas prices are murdering me. For the first time I’m actually thinking of getting a better car for the gas.

I can’t keep up with you naked movie people, I mean movie buffs. I haven’t even heard of these movies. When spence says, “Never saw batman”, then then next sentence is, “Saw batman the other day”, I don’t know what the heck you guys are talking about. I especially don’t know the comics. On that note, I don’t know about cooking either. Of course, if you want to talk Duck Tales, I’m all about that.
