Well i had a good and crappy weekend. Went to the Phillies game on Friday night. It was Mormon night, funny stuff. The philly missionaries sang the national anthem. And they were introduced as the missionaries from the church of latter-day saints. I guess they cannot say Jesus at the ball park unless it is in a profanity. That was good, the rain forced us out in the 7th inning stretch.
Saturday I got up to go play baseketball and I backed into my neighbors car on the street. What was the monkey doing parking in the street right in front of the driveway!, it is at least 40 feet from their driveway! But anyways, i never look back, my major driving flaw, so that stinks!. For the rest of the day we headed to Ocean City, NJ where we body surfed and got sun burns. Then Sat night i wanted to play some halo with the boys but had to download an update and i got the 3 red lights of death, so my 360 is bricked up. And it was bought at stupid girly Target store and they won’t take it back, so now i have to have it sent away. I’d better get it back in time for Sept 25th!!!!! So that was a wild and crazy weekend.

alright, i’ve been hearing about xboxes over heating or something. is that the 3 red lights of death? any way to prevent it?
DOMS, i talked to your mom yesterday. i’m sorry about mimi. i didn’t remember you saying anything so i asked your mom and she told me about it. i’m really sorry. she said that you were quite the stalwart, solid member of the family and that you were very strong. i was really surprised because these are words that i never would have associated with you. just kidding. i am sorry.
so no dsl? thanks for the tip. problem is i don’t have a phone or cable and don’t really want to have to pay a ton to get everything hooked up. i’m tryng to figure out the cheapest way so if you guys have any tips…
tuffy, man, when i was in high school i was at friend’s house and his moronic brother backed into my car the same way. i learned my lesson and i never park opposite somebody’s driveway. well, the saturn’s radiator is busted (i think) because i have to fill up the coolant everyday. man, cars are such money pits. if its not the gas its insurance or maintenance. my life is just one big suck fest.

“one big suck fest” What are you a porn star?
tuffy i’ll give you some driving lessons sometime. even teach you how to not ram into curbs around corners. LOL.
So i had a crazy dream last night. Jon reached his breaking point with his work frustrations. And decided to shoot up an office. But decided to come to utah and shoot up my office instead of his own for some reason. I ended up having to gun him down to stop the madness. Then i called and told my mom and she was just laughing. I said mom I am serious, and she said I know its just jon. LOL. Then i go outside and somehow jon isn’t dead. He is giving a press conference about the ordeal.
Funny stuff.
anyways, back to the grind for the week. Wont be too bad, i am playing golf three times this week.

That is a hilarious dream, don’t you just love those comical moments. Was i wearing a trench coat? And it definitely was a dream, i’ve seen your halo shoot-em-up skills, you’d be lucky to hit the side of a barn. At the end did alyson run up to you in a tarzan and jane outfit and give you a big smootch, or was it some other girl! LOL
I difinitely need a vehicle that beeps when you back up or has a camera!

Scam - you are most likely already wired for cable, from the cable company, they just have to show up and throw a switch, there are usually no setup fees involved. Just get some 19.99 special for 6 months then after that it will go to like 29.99, you can always just cancel too, they usually don’t lock you into a contract.

i think its great that spence had to gun jon down. take the responsibility on himself. i think its great that everyone has access to killer guns in your dream as well.
tuffy, what are the 3 red lights of death?

The 3 red lights of death are pretty common with the 360, it is a hardware issue. Basically it just means that the computer fried its brain, and its game over. Microsoft is very aware of this problem and you actually have a 3 year warranty against this issue. I just talked to the monkeys on the phone, they are going to send me a box and i have to send the xbox in for repair, they said it takes 3 to 6 weeks!!!!, It better be back for halo 3

It’s really funny about cable… they don’t actualy have to come to the house to flip the switch. They can do it from the office. They just like to send their guys out to upsale you and so they can charge you a bit extra. They have activated my cable remotely a couple of times now, you just have to really press them to do it imediatly. Funny stuff.
That is a crazy dream. I just keep having dreams about starting my own buisness, either a restaurant or a home renovations buibness. Just about every time I remember my dreams it is about one of those two things. Crazy, and mostly not very violent… mostly.

So sethels, tell us about The Simpsons?
Comment by jtuffy — July 30, 2007 @ 1:39 pm
i heard it was okay, pretty much just like a 2 hour episode. but homer flips somebody off and do you really see bart’s weiner? that’s what i heard.
what’s the official review seth.
i saw transformers. it was a good pop corn flick. the cgi is amazing. seemless robot on robot action. it was actually pretty cool. the plot wasn’t amazing and there was tons of corny action, but all in all a great summer flick. everything you expect from michael bay.

Tuffy! See!! I told you Walmart was the best! There’s a lesson here for everyone: Never choose Targay over Walmart. Walmart is the best; even if they do give you better deals than everyone else AND protect us from being overcharged by other companies…

The Simpsons rocked!!! It was just like a long episode, but what else would you expect… what else would you want? Homer did flip the town off, and you do see Bart’s doodle (really funny scene, by the way) but I was impressed that they never used the F-bomb. My only complaint is that the Lisa sub story was really weak, my favorite episodes usually revolve around lisa… but not this time. Still very enjoyable… a must see.
