LOL, ok, lets not get carried away now! I think the song is good, but it seems like it is going to really rock out and never really comes through. And of course i admit my opinions
Though the song does pick up nicely towards the end, you can't expect every song to be as heavy as hannah montana. The sooner you accept this the better off you'll be.
